At the end of the study, it was determined that the physical activity levels of women who had exercise habits before the pandemic period were higher in this period, and that the physical activity levels of women with high anxiety levels during the pandemic were lower. At the end of the study, it was suggested that women should be encouraged to keep their physical activity levels high in all conditions in the postmenopausal period. It was noted that the detailed study published at the international level made an important scientific contribution to women’s health during the current pandemic period.
