EUL Academicians Provided Training for Promotion Office Staff

Academicians of European University of Lefke (EUL) Faculty of Communication provided training and conducted a workshop for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Promotion Office staff.

The training and workshop themed “Forming and Exercising Social Media and Public Relations Campaign” took place at Ministry of Foreign Affairs Conference Hall. Under the framework of the program which lasted for five days, training sessions covering the main themes of image, reputation management, public relations, internet and social media use, interactive multimedia and film production, effective promotion activities and preparation and development of public relations projects were given. On the last day of the program, a workshop was held with attendees and a ‘ certificate of participation was given to the participants.

Under the framework of training and workshop EUL academicians made the following presentations; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Elif Asude Tunca “Image and Reputation Management”, Assist. Prof. Dr. Esra Aydın Kılıç “What is Public Relations and What is not”, “Workshop Project Development”, Dr. Enis Faslı “Basic Principles of Public Relations Project Preparation and Development”, “Internet and Social Media”, “Effective Promotion Activities”, “Case Studies – General Considerations on Public Relations Campaigns” and Levent Duranlı “Interactive Multimedia and Film Production”.

At the end of the training program, Counsellor of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Mustafa Lakadamyalı stressed the importance of such programs conducted with the cooperation of the TRNC official institutions and universities and he offered a plaque Academicians of European University of Lefke (EUL) Faculty of Communication.
