A conference on entrepreneurship was organized by European University of Lefke (EUL) Student’s Dean Office and Young Leaders Club. Hasan Kamil Hayali, Vice Chairman of Turkish Confederation of Business and Industry (TÜRKONFED), attended the conference as a speaker, held in EUL Rauf Raif Denktaş Conference Hall.

Hayali: “Confidence” is an important step in success.

Beginning with the steps of success for presentation, Hayali listed these steps to be successful; to determine the area, to focus, to think differently and to act differently, to imagine details and to write them down, and most importantly to trust the self. Focusing on the importance of entrepreneurship in success, Hayali also gave examples from the business world; To be brave, to be risk tolerant, to be able to make decisions on difficult conditions, to be ready for any kind of responsibility, to be self-motivated.

Hayali emphasized that participants should not leave the control of their lives to others and noted that, “You should be interested in technology, writing, designing, spending time with yourself, constantly reading, thinking and writing, and constantly improving yourself.”
