European University of Lefke Dr. Fazıl Küçük Faculty of Education, Department of Classroom Teaching 2nd year students prepared “Orienteering” games and poster presentations under the supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Ferda Kömleksiz. “Orienteering” games and poster presentations prepared by the students were held in the open air areas of the university and in the company of students from different faculties of the university.

Orienteering games, a sport that involves finding directions with the help of a map and compass and is a sport against time, were played with different themes. One of the themes was “One Book One World: Library Orienteering”.

In this orienteering activity, whose main goal is to raise the awareness of reading books, books including Turkish and World classics, placed at certain points on the campus, were found by the participants with the help of clues and presented to the European University of Lefke library by the students participating in the game.
