The “Daltons’ Painters” project was implemented at the Nicosia Special Education Center as part of the “Community Service Applications Projects” by European University of Lefke Dr. Fazıl Küçük Education Faculty English Language Teaching Department.

Within the scope of the project, the students carried out the necessary maintenance of the school walls

European University of Lefke, Education Faculty English Language Teaching Department senior students Fırat Şentürk, Hüseyin Işıklı, Mert Alkan, İbrahim Burak Doğru and Berak Irmak carried out a “Service to the Community” project under the leadership of lecturer Naziyet Mercan Bozok. Within the scope of this project, the students had a good time with the students at the school while performing the maintenance needed by the school walls. Throughout this project, the walls in the school that needed maintenance were cleaned and painted. Necessary materials were purchased in line with the income obtained from the sale of various foods made by the students.

With this meaningful 6-week project, EUL students experienced the happiness and honor of providing the clean and orderly school environment that students need at the Nicosia Special Education Center.
