European University of Lefke (EUL) Dean of Faculty of Pharmacy Prof. Dr. Rümeysa Demirdamar was deemed worthy of the Honour Award by the Golden Mortar 2022 Jury for her outstanding services to the profession of Pharmacy and for her academic studies.

The Golden Mortar Awards, known as the Oscar of Pharmacy, are given every year in order to evaluate the work and services of all units of the pharmaceutical and pharmacy sector, and to encourage the growing generations by determining their competencies with a strong jury consisting of the veterans of the sector, and to reward those who contribute to the pharmacy profession and pharmacy education. The awards are presented to the winners at the Golden Mortar night, which has been held at the end of every year since the first day.

The Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy of European University of Lefke, Prof. Dr. Rumeysa Demirdamar received the Golden Mortar Honour Award which was presented this year.
