International Students Club affiliated to the European University of Lefke (EUL) Social and Cultural Activities Centre organized “Gambia Culture Night” aimed at Gambian Students receiving education at EUL. Various performances accompanied by cultural music were displayed during the night.

Gambian Students celebrated the culture night with enthusiasm

Demonstrations of video films which explained the cultural features of Gambia took place during the night which was held with intense participation at the EUL Social and Cultural Activities Centre. In addition to the introduction of traditional dishes, the Gambian students in special folkloric costumes celebrated the culture night with great enthusiasm by singing and dancing.

Students from different cultures had the opportunity to socialize

The aim of the event was to raise awareness about Gambian culture and to bring together students from different cultures at EUL. Gambian students took pride in introducing their country and encouraged students to organize such beautiful activities. At the end of the night, cake was offered to the students with musical entertainment.
