EUL which achieved a phenomenal success by ranking as the second university in the TRNC in terms of student placement according to the results of the Undergraduate Placement Exam (LYS) of Student Selection and Placement Centre (OSYM), also became the preferences of successful students. Similar with the 2016 Undergraduate Placement Exam results, considering the departments that are the same in 5 major TRNC universities, EUL became the most preferred university in 33 programs among the students who have the highest base points.

EUL preferred with the highest points

EUL, which is progressing rapidly towards the goal of being the best with its strong academic staff, high quality education programs registered by international accreditation institutions, record increase in the number of students, technical infrastructure and equipped laboratories, as a result of the innovations and developments that have been gained in the last 4 years became the preference of successful students.

According to the 2016 results of the Undergraduate Placement Exam (LYS) results announced by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), EUL was the most preferred university in 28 programs among the students who have the highest base points, and this number reached 33 this year.

Yükselen: The choice of successful students is flattering

Lefke European University Rector Dr. Mehmet Ali Yükselen evaluated the results of the Undergraduate Placement Exam (LYS) and reminded EUL of the achievement that the university had ranked as the second university in the TRNC in terms of student placement. He also added that apart from this achievement, EUL became the preferences of successful students.

Yükselen stated that 33.7% of the students who won the LAÜ, were placed in the first  preference and 14.2% placed in the second preference. He also said that they were preferred with the highest base score in 33 programs and added that similar with the previous year the choice of successful students flattered them.

Yükselen pointed out that the achievement of ranking as the second university in the TRNC in terms of student placement according to the Undergraduate Placement Exam (LYS), and becoming the preference of successful students is the result of trust in the university and added that these results are gratifying for them.

Finally, Yükselen said that they will offer a qualified education environment to those who preferred EUL, congratulated the students who will start their education life in the 2017-2018 Academic Year and wished them luck.
