European University of Lefke (EUL) Faculty of Engineering Held an Orientation Meeting for New Students

The Faculty of Engineering at European University of Lefke (EUL) organized an informational meeting for new students. The meeting, which saw high student attendance, provided department heads with the opportunity to introduce their programs to the students.

Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Ertuğ Aydın, shared information about the engineering programs with the students. Aydın noted that the programs within the Faculty of Engineering have both national and international accreditations and emphasized that the faculty offers the best educational opportunities through its distinguished academic staff and laboratory infrastructure. He mentioned that in addition to the traditional orientation events, a series of activities would be organized throughout the year and encouraged students to join student clubs related to their areas of interest.

Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Assist. Prof. Dr. Saltuk Pirgalıoğlu, provided new students with information about the course management platform and the student information system.

Following this, Chairperson of the Computer Engineering Department, Assist. Prof. Dr. Zafer Erenel, Chairperson of the Software Engineering Department, Assist. Prof. Dr. Vesile Evrim, Chairperson of the Civil Engineering Department, Assist. Prof. Dr. Şevket Can Bostancı, Chairperson of the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department, Assist. Prof. Dr. Burçin Özmen, and Chairperson of the Electronics and Communication Engineering Department, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yönal Kırsal gave presentations on their departments and laboratory facilities.
