Broccoli; It has been among the most popular vegetables in recent years. The most important reason for its popularity is its indispensable benefits for human health and its high nutritional values. Broccoli contains rich vitamins and minerals, thanks to its antioxidant content, besides its high nutritional value, it has a protective effect against cancer with the glucosinolates it contains. Experimental studies on broccoli revealed that it has an antibiotic effect. In cardiovascular system diseases, it has a protective effect on the heart and prevents heart attack. It has a protective effect because it regulates blood lipid levels and blood pressure in heart patients. Thanks to its antioxidant content, it also has a protective effect on metabolism.
