In the treatment of low back pain, physiotherapists play a major role in the healing process with the rehabilitation they provide. It has been proven by research that exercise is the most useful treatment method for the findings caused by low back pain. In addition, exercise programs should be individually tailored to receive healthier and more accurate treatment. Therefore, the role of physiotherapists in providing personalised and correct exercise is very important. As stated by WCPT, physiotherapists are specialists in low back pain rehabilitation and aim to both improve and reduce the likelihood of future recurrence by providing strategies such as manual therapy, supervised exercise programs, education, and self-care.
