The PhD Business Administration program has taken the idea that organizations which consist of qualified people (the ones who can describe the correct work, and who are able to ensure the correct operation of the work or/and can do the work correctly) , who have the qualities of holistic thinking, who can establish good human relations, who are entrepreneurial, creative, innovative managers, will be effective in today’s world.
