The Pastry and Bakery department is a two year long associate degree program under our Vocational School. The programme language is Turkish.

The aim of the Department of Pastry and Bakery is to prepare our students for the food and beverage industry, in the field of pastry and bakery which is one of the new and special professions all around the world. Besides education with the latest trends and practices, our students learn pastry and bakery techniques from different world cuisines with our superior technological infrastructure and applied methods during their two-year education.

Pastry and Bakery graduates can continue their careers with the title of “Pastry and Bakery Technician” in institutions such as restaurants, cafes, patisseries, and bakeries.
