European University of Lefke (EUL) Faculty of Dentistry and Dentistry Club organised a seminar series on ‘Machine Learning Application Areas and Artificial Intelligence in Dentistry’.

Dentistry students participated intensively in the seminar, which was organised to provide a new perspective on innovative thinking, which is very important for dentistry as in all fields.

As part of the event, computer engineer Nurullah Akkaya, who has been working on artificial intelligence applications for a long time, shared his knowledge and experience on the general principles of machine learning and the areas in which studies are carried out today. Dr Dt. Çağla Sin Akkaya, who started to deal with artificial intelligence, enlightened the participants about the usage areas of artificial intelligence in dentistry, the projects carried out and the processes aimed to be developed, and the place of Turkish society in artificial intelligence studies.

The seminar series was completed by answering the questions of the participants.
