A conference on “Leadership in Developing Technology” was organised by the Department of Business Administration of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of the European University of Lefke (EUL). Deniz Başoğlu, who works in a technology company in Berlin, Germany, shared her experiences with EUL students as the guest of the conference.

Deniz Başoğlu, who made a speech in the field of ‘Leadership’ in the Technology Sector, talked about her own work experiences, information about the sector, and the changing business dynamics before and after the pandemic.

Başoğlu, shared information about her journey and her experiences, beginning with Northern Cyprus and extending to Türkiye, Canada, the Netherlands, and finally Germany. Başoğlu, who explained the competition, demand, and supply in the labour market, informed the students about the process that starts after graduation and also touched upon the important points to be considered while climbing the career ladder.
