Various activities organised for students at EUL
European University of Lefke (EUL) Social and Cultural Activities Centre organised a series of activities for students.
Students showed great interest in the fun activities organised within the scope of “Orientation Week”, which is traditionally held every year. The events held on campus started with a cinema night and continued with activities such as karaoke night and sports competitions. In addition, the awards were presented to the students who ranked in the sports competitions within the scope of the programme by Kezban Zurnacı, Director of Social and Cultural Activities.
Cyprus and International Culture Night was also organised within the scope of the events, which included a music and dance night and a stage performance by Dj Forbes.
Delicious rice dishes specific to each country were prepared for the students
Students of EUL gathered at events and had the opportunity to get to know the cultures of different countries as well as the Cypriot culture. During the event, rice dishes distinctive to the countries of the university’s students were prepared and sampled.
The evening commenced with a display of Cypriot folk dances by the Yedidalga Folklore Association, followed by dance performances by LAÜ students adorned in their respective traditional attire.
