The Culinary Arts department is a two year long associate degree program under our Vocational School. The programme language is Turkish.

The aim of the culinary arts program is to educate our students about different food cultures, as well as cooking techniques, culinary technologies and planning, and professional subjects such as industrial kitchen practices, and to train future cooks.

Our culinary arts graduates can continue their careers in private businesses and government institutions.
