European University of Lefke (EUL), Dr. Fazıl Küçük Faculty of Education “Effective Communication” seminar and workshop was held by the Department of Primary Education Mathematics Teaching. Head of Primary Mathematics Teaching Department Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nurdan Ö. After the opening speech by Kırıkkaleli, a presentation was made by Education Specialist, Jafar Mansimi.

Kırıkkaleli gave information about Mansimi and stated, “Mansimi is the Director of T-Network Platform under the Ministry of Science and Education of Azerbaijan, and also prepares and presents a negotiation program called “New Calls” in Azerbaijan”.

Finally, Kırıkkaleli said, “Mansimi made an interactive presentation, coloured the seminar with effective workshops, and ensured the active participation of students in the seminar, which attracted great attention, and said, “Teacher-student, teacher-administrator and teacher-family interactions, especially teacher-student, teacher-administrator and teacher-family interactions, interaction in human relations, love. emphasized the importance of tolerance, empathy, the language used and similar characteristics that require emotional intelligence.
