Communication Sciences
Program for Communication Sciences embraces verbal, written and visual studies of the communication sciences, being aware of the fact that media and communication are one of the most important, effective production and consumption areas in today’s conditions with reference to the fact that the concept of interdisciplinarity is vital for social sciences.
Program for Communication Sciences has shaped interdisciplinary structure with a wide range of courses. The program is conducted with elective courses from the departments of Radio, TV and Cinema, Public Relations and Advertising, Visual Communication Design and Journalism in addition to the compulsory courses related with communication theories. Theoretical support that the students need especially in the process of thesis, is fulfilled with elective courses. Program consists of 7 courses, a qualification exam after the completion of the courses, a seminar and a thesis.
The medium of the Program is Turkish.
