A cooperation protocol was signed between EUL and Yunus Emre Institute
A cooperation protocol was signed between European University of Lefke (EUL) and Yunus Emre Institute. EUL Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Ali Yükselen, Deputy Director of Nicosia Yunus Emre Institute Abdullah Aktaş, EUL Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Sadık Ülker and institution officials attended.
EUL Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Ali Yükselen and Yunus Emre Institute Deputy Director Abdullah Aktaş signed the protocol. The five-year protocol between Yunus Emre Institute and European University of Lefke includes strengthening and continuing the existing cooperation within the framework of mutual understanding and friendship and the continuation of new collaborations.
Yükselen: The university will support the academic activities of the institute
EUL Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Ali Yükselen wished that the cooperation protocol with Yunus Emre Institute would be beneficial for both institutions and stated that all cultural, artistic and academic activities of the Institute will be supported within the framework of the protocol as much as possible. Expressing his satisfaction for the cooperation with the institute, Yükselen stated that the cooperation of universities with different organizations is extremely important and added that the protocol will have significant contributions for both institutions.
Aktaş: The existing cooperation of both institutions based on mutual understanding will be strengthened.
Speaking at the Signing Ceremony, Yunus Emre Institute Deputy Director Abdullah Aktaş stated that the aim of the protocol is to determine the activities to be carried out jointly by the European University of Lefke and Yunus Emre Institute, as well as to strengthen and maintain the existing cooperation based on mutual understanding of both institutions. He stated that the implementation process is to continue.
