Community service practices carried out by Academician of European University of Lefke (EUL) Dr. Fazıl Küçük Faculty of Education Department of Psychological Counselling and Guidance Naziyet Mercan Bozok and department students continue with exemplary projects.

Garden arrangement and cleaning was done by EUL students

Within the scope of the “Garden Arrangement” project, which was established in order to clean, arrange the gardens of the individuals who could not take care of their gardens in the Lefke region and spend a pleasant time with them, the gardens of the people designated by the Lefke Pioneer Women’s Association have been arranged and cleaned by EUL students.

The gardens of four homes were arranged within the frame work of the project

The students, who observed that the elderly individuals in the Lefke region could not perform garden planting and watering activities, mostly for health reasons, carried out their projects in order to help people and nature by making the garden arrangement of 4 households.

Students stated that as a result of their projects, they spend their time with elderly people, and that they are very happy in terms of spirituality as they make them happy as a result of the arrangements made in line with their needs.
