Nur Fettahoğlu met with her Fans at EUL
Under the framework of the European University of Lefke (EUL) Spring Interviews Turkish Actress Nur Fettahoğlu was hosted at EUL.
Fettahoğlu: I’m so happy to be an actress
In the interview program which was held with intense participation, Nur Fettahoğlu enshrined in people’s hearts with the Mahidevran Sultan character said that “I’m so happy to be an actress. Because I get the chance to meet with precious people like you”. Pointing out that she always wanted to become an actress, Fettahoğlu said that “When I was a child I would take a text and make sketches with my sibling. Acting was always in me, I ran into my dreams and became an actress”.
Fettahoğlu: I am one of the luckiest people. I hope all of you reach your dreams.
Telling about how she started her career, Fettahoğlu stated that she used to work in a bank and after leaving the bank she has become a stocks reporter. Pointing out that while she was a stocks reporter she met with a manager and by this means she became and actress, Fettahoğlu said that “I always wanted to be an actress, but if I hadn’t had the chance, maybe I wouldn’t be an actress. I am one of the luckiest people. I hope all of you reach your dreams”. Fettahoğlu stated that she wants the play the role of a sick woman and added that “With this role, I want to give the message of you are strong and you can overcome everything, no matter what disease you can realize yourselves”. After the interview which was very sincere, Fettahoğlu said that “To be with you is a wonderful feeling, you have a beautiful energy and I am very happy to be here” and had her photo taken with the students. At the end of the interview, Advisor to the Rector Assist. Prof. Dr. Mehmedali Egemen presented a plaque which represented the Cyprus culture to Fettahoğlu.
